Job Description:
We seek a Labor and Employment Associate with at least 5 years of experience to join our Seattle office. As a senior-level associate in the Labor and Employment Group, you will provide pragmatic legal advice and litigation defense to clients. Key responsibilities include drafting employment agreements, reviewing employee handbooks, advising on employee performance management issues, managing complex ADA accommodation and leave questions, and defending wage and hour class actions.
