Associate Attorney - Environment and Energy / Insurance Recovery

Job Description:
We seek an ambitious mid- to senior level attorney with 5+ years of experience in environmental law, transactional work, claims, and remediation. Strong communication skills, legal advocacy, and writing abilities are required. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NEPA, CWA, CAA, ESA, RCRA, as well as analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. A New York bar license is necessary. The selected attorney will work directly with the Firm's Environment and Energy Practice and Insurance Recovery, Counseling & Litigations Teams. Responsibilities include: - Advising clients on environmental issues and representing them before Congress and federal/state agencies - Conducting claims and remediation work related to environmental issues - Developing and implementing environmental compliance strategies - Collaborating with colleagues from various practice areas to deliver results-driven solutions for clients We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
