Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Medicaid law and be able to work independently as part of a remote team. Responsibilities include handling cases from inception to resolution, drafting legal documents, and attending hearings and trials. Requirements include a graduate degree from an ABA accredited law school, at least 3 years of substantive legal experience, and proficiency in Mac/Apples, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and timekeeping software.
