Foreclosure & Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a Foreclosure litigation Attorney to join our team. Key responsibilities include representing secured creditors and financial institutions in the default process, managing default files, reviewing documents, researching laws, attending hearings and trials, and handling client inquiries. Requirements: - 1+ year of law experience in the default servicing industry - J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school - Admission to the State Bar of Tennessee We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, as well as benefits such as 401K, dental, life, medical, and vision insurance.
