Job Description:
We seek highly analytical, assertive, and proactive Associate Attorneys to manage cases from intake to resolution while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Nebraska law. Key responsibilities include developing strategic legal approaches for family law litigation, probate, and estate planning cases, as well as building strong client relationships and engaging in high-level problem-solving. Requirements include an active status with the Nebraska State Bar, proficiency with Nebraska standards for family law, estate planning, and probate, and strong analytical and decision-making skills.
