Bilingual Immigration Attorney (Intake)

Job Description:
We seek an experienced Bilingual Immigration Attorney to provide high-volume strategy consultations and case evaluations. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Case Evaluation - Conduct immigration consultations, assess eligibility, identify red flags and risks, and deliver legal roadmaps. Intake Oversight - Supervise intake staff from a legal standpoint and ensure compliance in consultations. Documentation & Systems - Document consultations, prepare retainer agreements, and ensure smooth handoff to litigation/case teams. Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school, Active bar license, Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience, Spanish fluency required, Strong consultation skills, Experience with case management systems (Filevine preferred), Predictable schedule, Focus on legal strategy and consultation only.
