Debt Resolution Attorney

Job Description:

The Debt Resolution Attorney will provide legal assistance to the debt resolution network, prepare and review settlement agreements, and oversee negotiator and paralegal functions. They must have a Juris Doctor degree, an active law license, and strong knowledge of legal industry rules and regulations.

Experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

The Debt Resolution Attorney will work remotely from a home office or other dedicated workspace and must have access to high-speed internet.
