The ideal candidate is passionate about immigrant advocacy, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling complex litigation matters in both detained and non-detained settings. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in removal proceedings before Immigration Court, Conduct regular visits to immigration detention centers, Prepare and argue motions, briefs, and appeals, Develop case strategy for asylum and related relief. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, Active bar membership in good standing, Admission to practice before EOIR.
