We are seeking a senior-level Banking Attorney with 7+ years of experience providing legal advice to banks and financial institutions. Key responsibilities include managing complex transactional and compliance matters in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate banking matters. Requirements include J.D. from an accredited law school, admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction, significant background in M&A, securities offerings and regulation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
