Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney

Job Description:

We seek a commercial bankruptcy associate to join our Bankruptcy & Restructuring group. The ideal candidate has excellent academic credentials, 2-5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm, and preferably a bankruptcy clerkship.

Represent clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.

Participate in out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings throughout the nation.

Provide exceptional client service and collaborate with colleagues to deliver results.

Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. California compensation range: $235,000 to $365,000 annually.
