Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated finance associate to join our global transportation finance team in Chicago. You will work closely with shareholders, participate in business development and client-facing activities, and benefit from a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice. Key requirements include 2-6 years of transactional experience, securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, maritime, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation, strong contract drafting and negotiating skills, organizational skills, management of multiple matters simultaneously, a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials, and admission in Illinois or taking steps to become admitted.
