Job Description:
Blank Rome LLP seeks a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with 2+ years of law firm experience to support patent prosecution and technology practice. We seek candidates with a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, civil engineering, or related fields. The successful candidate will draft and prosecute applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, perform due diligence, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Analytical and writing skills
- Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
- License to practice law in their state (if applicable)
