Job Description:
We are seeking a Healthcare Associate with 3-6 years of experience handling healthcare transactions in a law firm or corporate setting. Key responsibilities include advising clients on key health care regulatory issues, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and researching laws governing physician employment. The ideal candidate will have excellent research, writing, and communication skills, as well as be self-motivated and confident. They must also possess outstanding professional credentials and be admitted to practice in their respective state. We offer a competitive salary range of $260,000 - $375,000 per year, plus bonuses based on performance.
