Job Description:
We seek a Non Partner Track Real Estate Attorney to join our team in Kansas City, St. Louis, or Salt Lake City office. As an expert in real estate law, you will provide legal advice on bond and lease financings, economic development incentives, public-private partnerships, and other project financings. Key responsibilities include preparing and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements, as well as advising on land use regulations, zoning approvals, and permitting processes. Requirements include a J.D. with excellent academic credentials, 5-7 years of experience practicing real estate law, and strong understanding of real estate principles, laws, and regulations.
