This firm is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of trademark experience to join our trademark team in one of our office locations. Ideal candidates should have at least two to five years of experience with trademark searching, search review, global trademark strategy development, domestic and international trademark prosecution.

Responsibilities include:

- Trademark research and prosecution

- Global trademark strategy development

- Domestic and international trademark enforcement

- Online enforcement (e.g., notice and take-down requests, online marketplace monitoring)
