Trusts and Estate Planning Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates attorney to join our evolving Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in tax, estate planning and probate matters.

Candidates should have substantial experience in complex estate and gift tax for taxable estates, estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns when tax is owed.

We are looking for entrepreneurial self-starters who are interested in joining a progressive and collegial team environment.

The successful candidate will be highly organized and possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
