Criminal & Traffic Law Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We seek an Associate Attorney for our Criminal and Traffic practice area. Key responsibilities include representing clients in criminal and traffic cases, conducting client intake and consultations, appearing in court, negotiating with prosecutors, and performing legal research. Requirements: 1+ years of experience as a public defender or Commonwealth Attorney, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, VA Bar License, and legal writing skills. Preferred Qualifications: Jury trial experience, prior judicial clerkship, regular travel to western Virginia, and Spanish speaking skills.
