Key Responsibilities include advising clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies, developing comprehensive business succession plans, and structuring and drafting estate planning documents. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school, 5-10+ years of experience in estate planning, and excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
