Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Intellectual Property Associate to join our Intellectual Property Litigation, Trademarks and Patent Team. Responsibilities include assisting in patent and trademark matters, collaborating with colleagues, and providing exceptional client service. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, mechanical engineering or nuclear engineering degree, admitted to a state Bar (NC or SC preference), USPTO registered patent attorney. Competitive salary range $200,000 - $215,000 annually, performance bonuses, healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off.
