Job Description:

This role involves providing financial expertise to support the origination and servicing of loans for multifamily properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate finance, strong academic credentials, and a proven track record of working with lenders such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Responsibilities include reviewing title insurance and survey documents, managing client relationships, and participating in marketing and business development efforts. A law degree from an accredited institution is required, as well as active licensure in Maryland, Minnesota, or D.C.
