Corporate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and excellent drafting skills. Key responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate governance matters, and serving as outside general counsel to owner-managed businesses.

Requirements:

Admission to the New York Bar

Approximately 5+ years of corporate experience

Strong drafting skills and sound judgment

Candidates should be able to work directly with clients

Compensation: $175,000 - $250,000 per year, with bonuses available
