Job Description:

Franklin & Prokopik (F&P), a civil litigation defense firm, is currently seeking Attorneys in Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Liability Insurance Defense. These are hands-on positions with billable hours and heavy litigation. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

• Delaware bar required.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience in WC or Liability defense.
• Experience with billing hours and ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and management.
