Remote Appellate Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Remote Appellate Attorney to join our growing disability law firm. As a key member of our team, you will write arguments appealing administrative decisions with minimal client contact. Requirements include: active attorney license in MO, KS, or OK (with open state license opportunities), experience with Social Security Disability law and writing appeals preferred. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and willing to learn the disability process.
