Job Description:
We are seeking a Labor & Employment Counsel to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of relevant experience. Requirements include a Juris Doctorate (JD) and licensure to practice law in California. Key responsibilities include defending against single plaintiff litigation matters, drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery, and providing employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations. The position requires strong research, writing, and academic skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage cases from start to finish. Competitive salary range $270,000 - $290,000.
