Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage case files to formulate next course of action and represent the firm at pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances. Occasional travel to courts in neighboring counties will also be required. Qualified candidates: 1-3 years of civil litigation experience. Strong investigative skills, self-motivated, and ability to manage competing priorities. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in Creditors' Rights or Collection fields. Education/Training: Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) and Ohio license required.
