Corporate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a Corporate Attorney to serve as an in-house counsel and handle complex legal matters. The successful candidate will ensure the legality of commercial transactions, advise on legal rights and duties, and develop company policy on legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Consult on corporate legal processes, including intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents

* Develop company policy and position on legal issues

* Research, anticipate, and guard against legal risks

* Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations

* Structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents

* Represent the company in legal proceedings

* Draft and administer contracts

* Negotiate deals and attend company meetings

Requirements:

* Proven law firm experience in corporate law

* Excellent negotiation and communications skills

* Strong analytical ability and attention to detail

* Current licence to practise law
