We are seeking an experienced Biotech Patent Attorney to join our team. Our firm advises clients on complex patent matters and offers challenging work in a collegial environment. Requirements: Ph.D. or Masters degree in biotechnology, technical experience in biotechnology, molecular biology, and biochemistry. 2-4 years of experience drafting patent applications.

Responsibilities include preparing and prosecuting patents, freedom-to-operate analyses, legal opinions, and assisting with patent office litigation matters. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits, as well as the opportunity for hybrid work after six months.
