IP Litigation Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join our team in Boise, Denver, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, or Seattle office. The successful candidate will handle complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts around the United States. Key responsibilities include written discovery, invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions, brief writing, depositions, working with experts, trial preparation, and appellate work. Requirements include 4-6 years of IP litigation attorney experience, a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and strong communication and writing skills.
