Key responsibilities include client consultations, case management, team supervision, document drafting, and revenue goal implementation. The ideal candidate should possess legal experience, real estate expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough initial client consultations - Take charge of a caseload of real estate matters - Provide clear direction to staff - Prepare legal documents essential to real estate transactions - Implement a monthly revenue requirement Qualifications: - Legal experience as a solo practitioner or with a substantial caseload at a large law firm - Previous experience in real estate is preferred - Business acumen and excellent communication skills are highly valued The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transactional real estate law, including real estate transactions, leasing, and contract law. Compensation: $60,000 - $200,000 yearly
