Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law to join our team.

Responsibilities:
* Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action
* Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed
* Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process
* Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current
* Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed

Qualifications:
* Board Certified Specialist in Family Law
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
