We seek a dedicated Commercial Litigation Associate to join our Dallas office. Candidate should have broad based, general litigation experience in top-tier law firm or similar experience as a Federal Court judicial clerk. Must possess strong writing, research, and case management skills with experience managing all aspects of discovery in large cases. Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal skills are required. Excellent academic credentials are necessary. We consider applicants from both Dallas and Chicago offices.
