Commercial Contracts Attorney

Job Description:
Foster Garvey seeks an experienced Commercial Contracts attorney with a portable book of business to join its Business Group. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with contracts in the consumer goods and/or consumer products industry, including Manufacturing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Sales Broker Agreements, Raw Material Supply Agreements, Packaging Supply Agreements, Equipment Leases, Equipment Purchase Agreements, and Product Purchase and Sale/Supply Agreements. The successful candidate will have 7 or more years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts, with a strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and collaboration across diverse industries. JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law required.
