Immigration Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an immigration attorney with at least 3 years of experience. Requirements include being licensed and in good standing to practice law in a state bar, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes. Key responsibilities include preparing business immigration cases, managing PERM and IV processes, tracking important dates/documents, and meticulously checking filings for accuracy and completeness.
