Associate Attorney

Job Description:
Join Patterson Ripplinger, P.C. as a Litigation Attorney. Seeking experienced attorneys to handle first and third-party claims, drafting coverage analyses, and conducting depositions in state and federal court. Requirements: insurance defense litigation experience, strong research, writing, and independent thinking skills, ability to assume primary responsibility for cases. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze complex legal issues and conduct well-reasoned research - Develop and present defense strategies on behalf of clients - Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs - Communicate with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel - Disposition of assigned cases and assist in trials Key Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with J.D. and admission to the bar in Colorado - Minimum 3 years of insurance defense experience - Litigation experience required - Strong writing skills - Excellent work ethic We offer a competitive salary, medical, dental, life, short-term disability, and 401K benefits.
