Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We seek motivated Associate Attorneys to support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, legal case law research, and screening new client calls. Key duties include drafting summons/complaints, motions, discovery, and other pleadings, conducting legal research, writing briefs, screening potential clients, preparing for trials, and performing other tasks as assigned. Requirements: - Juris Doctorate degree and Iowa State Bar licensure - Superior customer service skills - Innovative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel - High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
