International Tax Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced International Tax Attorney with strong international & domestic tax experience and a strong book of business to advise our diverse clientele on complex tax matters, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will possess a six-figure book of business and have at least 10 years of experience in this area. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to international and domestic tax law, and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies for corporate clients, family offices and individuals to minimize tax liabilities. Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and developments to provide accurate and relevant advice.

Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) Degree: Must have successfully completed law school and hold a valid license to practice law in at least one state in the USA; a NY license is a major plus. Tax Law Experience: Demonstrated experience in both international and domestic tax law, with a minimum of 10 years of focused experience in this area. Proven Book of Business: A successful track record of generating at high six figures in annual billings through an established and loyal client base. Business Acumen: Strong business sense and the ability to understand clients' commercial objectives, enabling the delivery of practical and effective tax advice. Analytical Skills: Highly adept at analyzing complex tax issues and developing creative, strategic solutions for clients. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Professional Network: An existing network of contacts and relationships within the legal and business community is highly advantageous. Team Player: Collaborative approach and the willingness to work in a dynamic and close-knit team environment.
