Environmental Law Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an Environmental Law Attorney with 3 years of experience in transactional and compliance matters. Key responsibilities include providing legal counsel on environmental aspects of mergers, acquisitions, real estate, and development transactions, advising clients on compliance with federal and state environmental regulations, conducting environmental due diligence, drafting or reviewing environmental provisions in contracts, assisting in permitting processes and regulatory interactions, supporting clients in responding to enforcement actions and environmental audits. Requirements include a strong understanding of major environmental statutes, exceptional legal writing and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, active membership in good standing with at least one state bar, and proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems.
