Complex Litigation Counsel

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and non-attorneys in managing a large portfolio of litigation matters for a single client. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and coordinating matter management, developing docket management strategy, and supervising and improving operations management.

Candidates should have extensive experience litigating complex civil cases, interacting with clients, and managing teams. Key skills include:

* Docket and case management

* Designing and implementing process and workflow improvements

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

* Strong leadership skills and EQ, a client-service mindset, and the ability to work independently

* Proactive deadline management

* Solid proficiency in litigation management platforms, Excel, and AI tools

* Experience with legal technology, including generative AI

* Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess exceptional interpersonal, writing, and communication skills. Strong academic credentials and a writing sample are required.
