Seeking a licensed attorney with 1-3+ years of auto torts experience to join our Myrtle Beach firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in South Carolina State and Federal courts, handling personal injury and property damage actions. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Responsibilities include: Handling cases from inception through trial Interpreting laws and applying them to specific situations Ethically representing clients and advising on legal rights and obligations Effectively interacting with clients, outside vendors, and the Court(s) as necessary High degree of professionalism and ethical integrity required.
