Trademark Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Trademark Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in one of our office locations. The ideal candidate should have trademark searching, search review, global trademark strategy development, domestic and international trademark prosecution experience. We also require candidates to demonstrate superior writing and communication skills, as well as foreign language skills (if applicable). Our fast-paced and team-centric environment encourages collaboration and disfavors hierarchical practices.

Candidates will be evaluated on their individual performance and achievements, as well as their contributions to the team's efforts. Our compensation package is merit-based, with a good faith salary range of $207,500 - $230,000. We also offer a generous bonus program and fee splits.

In addition to billable hours, we require 1800 hours of pro bono/public service work and at least 25 hours dedicated to Community, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
