Job Description:
Represent banks or private/public lenders in commercial real estate transactions. Drafting deeds of trust, commercial leases, and evaluating transfer issues. Utilize industry solutions for CRE finance transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and closing deals. Oversee real estate secured finance solution, workouts, and restructurings. Requirements: Bachelor s degree, J.D., 15+ years of commercial lending & finance experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of laws and rules, and ability to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis.
