We are seeking a motivated associate attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is driven, self-starting, and eager to develop their litigation and leadership skills. The successful candidate will work on challenging matters, take ownership of cases, and build a practice alongside experienced counsel.

The position involves managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, filing motions, and collaborating with senior attorneys to analyze legal issues.

Key responsibilities also include communicating directly with clients regarding case strategy and status updates, supervising staff, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

The successful candidate will be a motivated and driven individual who is eager to learn, grow, and develop a wide range of legal and leadership skills. Strong academic credentials and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
