Key Responsibilities: Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery; Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials; Assist in deposition and trial prep. Qualifications: JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas; 0-3 years of personal injury experience; Excellent legal writing and research skills; Valid TX driver s license; Good driving record; Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
