Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Litigation Associate Attorney to support our Florida practice. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice. Key requirements include being a member and in good standing of the Florida State Bar, having strong knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors' rights practice. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to superior client care, and a proactive approach to legal challenges.
