Seeking experienced Probate Attorneys in Texas. Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of probate experience, knowledge of independent and dependent administrations, general litigation and discovery, and alternative procedures to probate. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include handling a busy workload, maintaining attention to detail, and providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
