Job Description:
Perkins Coie LLP seeks an associate to join its cutting-edge Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in technology agreements, intellectual property, M&A, and start-up advising. Subject matter expertise in enterprise software, cloud services, AI, blockchain, and fintech is required. Experience at an AmLaw 50 law firm and excellent academic credentials are needed. Key responsibilities include drafting agreements, advising on IP issues, and supporting transactions. Compensation range: $310,000 to $390,000 annually.
