Associate Attorney

Job Description:
Manage contested litigation, review claims and pleadings, support all aspects of the litigation process. Key Responsibilities include appearing in court 3 days/week, drafting, reviewing, and arguing motions; conducting trials and arbitrations. Requirements include a JD, Missouri Bar required, KS Bar desirable, proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
