We seek a dedicated and client-focused Pre-Litigation Attorney to guide injured individuals through their recovery process, working closely with clients, insurance companies, and our in-house team. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients * Collaborate with senior attorneys to assess liability and develop case-specific strategies * Draft compelling demand letters and negotiate settlements * Maintain organized case files and provide clear communication to clients * Mentor and supervise support staff Requirements: * Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school * Licensed to practice law in Colorado or committed to obtaining Colorado licensure promptly * Strong research, analytical, and writing skills * Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine client-centered approach * Demonstrated ability to adapt to technological advances in the legal field Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly, base salary plus commission for settled cases.
