Litigation Associate

Certifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, Admission to the Hawaii State Bar

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.

Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice.

Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex legal issues.

Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.

Key Requirements:

2 to 5+ years of experience in litigation. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
