Job Description:
We are seeking a mid-level finance associate with four to six years of financial transactions experience to join our finance and lending team. The qualified candidate has substantial law firm experience representing borrowers and lenders across complex financing transactions. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan agreements, managing deals from inception to closing, and providing client education initiatives. The successful candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding academic credentials, and a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
